Freedom House is a 5-bed supervised home providing 24-hour residential supports in East Hartford to five individuals who are working on skill development with a goal to move to a more independent setting. This home has an attached apartment that individuals can advance to as a steppingstone to independent living. Clinical supports focus on positive behavioral strategies. All supports provided are person centered and include a trauma informed multi-disciplinary approach to meet the unique needs of the individual. |
