| Description | Bridges' Young Adult Services Program offers young adults with serious mental health needs the opportunity to achieve greater self-sufficiency by providing clinical, vocational and social/recreational services that are tailored to meet their unique needs. The YAS Supervised Apartment site is comprised of four apartments. Three apartments accommodate 4 clients: 2 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit. The fourth unit is utilized as a staff office with 24/7 staffing presence. | |
