Ability Beyond provides transitional residential support services to individuals 18-25 years old. These specialized programs are located in the Bristol and Danbury regions, where individuals gain a sense of independence and personal responsibility during the critical transition years from adolescence to adulthood. In doing so, we provide comprehensive supports including clinical and behavior modification, social skills development, community integration, life skills instruction, medical care, and education/vocational supports within a therapeutic homelike setting. |
