| Description | Supportive Environmental Living Facility, (SELF,INC.). was established as a private, non- profit residential program in 1986 and operates under The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services grant funding. SELF, INC provides services to individuals 18 years or older with persistent psychiatric disorders. Our Supervised Programs provide twenty - four hour supervision, assisting our clients with all aspects of daily living. | |
