A 6 bed licensed co-ed facility for individuals over 18 with psychiatric disorders. Providing skill building and support in the areas of: symptom management, health and safety, community integration, life skills, interpersonal relations, leisure planning, substance abuse education and relaxation. Individual, group and family counseling, Case management, Discharge planning including referrals for suitable housing, financial support, aftercare counseling and continued mental health treatment, and Monitored self-administration of medication. |
